Material of hemming tape/web
The main component of Hemming web/net is PA, and the Chinese name is copolyester. It has good washing resistance and excellent dry cleaning resistance. It has good adhesion to all kinds of textiles. It is divided into web, net and other shapes according to different appearances. You can check the picture below. It is also divided into with backing paper and without backing paper. Of course, in addition to PA ingredients, we also have other materials of Hemming web to choose from, including PES, EVA and TPU.

Size of Hemming Tape/Web
The width of Hemming web and tape can be customized in the range of 5-100mm, and the commonly used specifications are 10mm, 12mm (1/2 inch), 16mm (5/8 inch), 19mm (3/4 inch) and 30mm.
The length of each roll of Hemming web and tape can be customized from 3 yards to 110 yards. The conventional specifications are: 20 yards (approximately equal to 18.3 meters), 70 yards (approximately equal to 64 meters), and 100 yards (approximately equal to 91.5 meters)

Packaging of Hemming Tape/Web
Paper roll core/plastic core
We can customize paper cores and PE plastic cores according to requirements. PE plastic core is more beautiful and more costly. The core can also be omitted according to customer requirements.
PVC/PET blister paper card packaging
As shown in the picture below, we can customize the packaging of PVC/PET blister paper cards. You need to tell us the content and size of the printing.
PE/PP packaging bag
Packaging with printed PE bags is a cost-effective choice, which not only takes into account the promotion of the product, but also the price is not expensive.
Bundled paper packaging
Bundled paper packaging is usually suitable for small products, such as Hemming web and net which is only 20 meters long.
Bundled paper packaging does not have a paper core。
White small carton
The small white paper box is usually used for the packaging of PVC blister paper cards, 3 pieces/box, which can be customized according to customer needs.
Outer packaging
We usually use cartons for outer packaging. The weight of each carton does not exceed 12 kg, and there is a label on the carton. Of course, we can also customize the size of the carton and the weight of each carton according to your requirements.

Store in a dry place at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Theoretically speaking, the product has no shelf life limit, but it is not recommended to leave it for more than 18 months when it is not in use.
